Dearborn Dance Academy - Specializing in Classic Ballet

Autism spectrum disorder and special needs children.

      A new program offering social sensory and movement opportunities for children on the autism spectrum and with other special needs. Our integrated approach allows children to socially interact while experiencing dance movement and music in a nurturing and open-minded environment. This program will be supervised by a trained autism spectrum disorder educator and a dance instructor that has experience teaching children with special needs.

      Children with special needs deserve a safe environment offering the opportunity to benefit from the art of dance and experience of extra-curicular activities. Dance helps increase body movement awareness, strengthens balance and coordination, develops self confidence and inspires creativity.

      Classes will be held at Dearborn Dance Academy 22023 West Outer Dr. Dearborn MI, 48124 (Click here for a map of the area and driving directions).
